SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
At all stages of your building experience, from our first contact
to the day we leave the job site, we provide our clients
with constant communication and updating.
The success of any team depends on its members. We have worked hard over the years to put together a team of skilled, reliable, pleasant crew & staff.
Don Koppin, company President, will be directly involved in communication on all projects and our Production Coordinator will act as a liaison with our client, the designer, suppliers, subcontractors & our on-site Project Managers & job crew. Our clients can always expect prompt replies to their phone calls or e-mails. Our full-time Office Manager is in the office 5 days a week.
We have the same stringent requirements of our sub-contractors as our project teams. Our crew is encouraged and financed to attend educational courses & training, including involvement in the Ontario Apprenticeship Program.
Promises made about delivery & work completion dates are taken very seriously.
We are constantly researching new products, innovative & more efficient building techniques & job-site productivity methods to save our clients time and money.
RESPECT FOR THE WORK SITE
Our Procedures and Systems Manual, mandatory study for all our crew & subcontractors, specifically emphasizes the importance of utmost respect for our customers homes.
That means a clean job site, inside and out. During any renovation, the customers existing home will be protected by a variety of methods to prevent undue dirt & dust and any potential damages. At the end of each day, the job site will be left clean and tidy. Recycling of building materials and on-site refuse is mandatory for our crew. Of course, your home will be immaculate at the end of the project. A cleaning crew is hired as part of the final clean-up when necessary to ensure the ultimate presentation for our customers.
